If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform the owner of your decision within the 14-day period.

This Refund Policy applies to consumer order withdrawals and returns for LUNA ALCHEMY purchases made through this website in Finland.
How to withdraw

We will respond with return instructions and the information needed to process your request.
Return conditions
Return goods in original condition and packaging where possible. You may need to allow us to verify that the returned items are complete and undamaged.
Direct return costs may be your responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
Refund timing
We will reimburse eligible refunds using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you agree otherwise.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and confirm the returned goods, or after you provide proof of return where applicable.
Exceptions (where applicable)
Some goods may not be eligible for return under consumer law, for example, sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
